Cancellation
We accept the cancellation of orders before the product is shipped or manufactured. If the order is canceled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if our product has been completed or the product has already been shipped.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept returning products. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of product delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ask our customer service to make sure that you are sending the package to the correct address.
Notes
Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for a 14-day refund.
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping costs. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If for our reasons the goods received are damaged or incorrect, the consumer is not obliged to bear the shipping costs for this reason.
There is no restocking fee charged to consumers for returning a product .;
